Dawlish Choral Society

 We keep a list of members’ contact details purely for the use of informing you about choir rehearsals, events and updates and in case of any emergency which may arise; we do not use this information in any other way.  We do not, and will never, share your contact details with anyone without your permission and we shred any old printed copies once we have no further need of them.  If anyone informs us that they are no longer able to attend choir we remove all of their details from our list.  We ask you on the membership form to let us know if you are happy to receive emails from us, or phone calls if you do not have access to email.

The Dawlish Choral Society website is currently being hosted by 1and1 IONOS webservices through Weatherheads Web (https://about.1and1.co.uk/?linkId=ft.nav.about1and1 ) .

Like most standard websites, 1and1 IONOS use log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. However, none of the information stored in the 1&1 1and1 IONOS log files, including but not limited to IP addresses, is linked to personally identifiable information.

Recaptcha

The site uses the Google reCAPTCHA API. on the contact form page. It works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sending these data to Google for analysis. The information collected is used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It will not be used for personalized advertising by Google.
